3.5”x 3.5” hinges are typically used for 1-3/8” doors and 4” x 4” hinges for 1-3/4” doors.
Non-Ball Bearing Hinges
Used on most residential light-medium weight door applications.
Ball Bearing Hinges
Recommended for increased durability and smooth and
effortless operation on heavier door applications.

prevent sagging of door. Recommended for use on taller or heavier doors.
100% Solid forged brass hinges. Machined for precision and made for durability and beauty. Baldwin radius
hinges are designed for light to medium weight door applications. Baldwin square hinges are 50% thicker than
our basic hinge and used when additional door support is necessary.
