Flush Doors
Flush doors are available in paint-grade, stain-grade and primed hardboard options. Primed flush
doors require only a light sanding and cleaning before applying a base coat.
For heavier applications, such as Solid or Mineral Core
doors, we highly recommend upgrading to ballbearing
hinges for increased durability and smooth door operation.
If you choose a lightweight (Hollow Core) door and prefer
a standard hardware solution, Reeb
®
also stocks non-ball
bearing hinges. We also feature an extensive lineup of
interior hardware and accessories in a variety of options,
sizes and finishes.
See pages 44-45
for more information on hardware and
accessories required by fire safety laws and regulations.
Stain Grade:
Birch and Oak doors feature solid wood edges and all the pleasing color
variations and grain patterns found in a natural wood product. They look
great painted or stained.
Paint Grade:
Lauan doors typically feature inconsistent colors and grain patterns that
most homeowners will opt to paint over. Flush hardboard doors are
factory primed and ready for painting.
Molded Doors
Molded doors arrive primed and ready for painting after a light sanding and minor
preparation. Because of the materials used in their construction, staining is not an
option. Always make sure to finish all six sides.
